Shipping & delivery
We typically process orders within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Yes! We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees may apply for some countries — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number.
We're so sorry if that happened! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Products & quality
We care deeply about quality. Our clothing is made from soft, durable fabrics designed to last — exact material details are listed on each product page. Our mugs are ceramic with dishwasher-safe print finishes.
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend washing clothing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and avoiding tumble drying where possible. For mugs, top-rack dishwasher safe is fine, though hand washing will keep the design vibrant longest.
Orders & payments
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel — we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
