RETURN & REFUND POLICY — GLOW APPAREL
Our Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges Because every Glow Apparel product is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. To request a return or replacement, contact us at hello@glow-international.com within 30 days of receiving your item with a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to send anything back — we will arrange a free reprint or full refund for you.
Eligibility To qualify for a return or replacement, your item must:
- Be damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Include proof of purchase
- Include a clear photo of the issue
Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns for:
- Orders where you have simply changed your mind
- Sale items or gift cards

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you may have additional rights under local consumer law. Please contact us at hello@glow-international.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds Once your return or replacement has been approved:
- You will be notified of the decision
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
