The Full Story

   

     G.L.O.W International is looking for driven girls between the ages of 15 and 18 who are passionate about making a difference in the field of education. These classes connect girls from around the world and leave them with lasting leadership skills. After attending a two hour Zoom course, the teen teachers approach their own communities to form small groups of primary school students. Becoming a G.L.O.W instructor helps teens develop critical leadership skills and, as an added bonus, they will receive income from their students' attendance fee. G.L.O.W is an excellent resume builder and allows teens to monetarily support their college path while giving back to their communities.

• Marketing, business

• Teaching and behavioral management

• Leadership and public speaking​​

• Recruiting students

After the course is finished, each teacher will be provided with:

• The full GLOW curriculum​

• Essential rubrics for evaluating students' work

• Writing prompts

• GLOW T-shirt and sticker

• Notebooks (need-based)
